The Prime Maxor – A clone of the original Maxor, who seemly sprung from nowhere to change the entire fabric of human culture and morality. As Prime Maxor he leads the duplicates of himself, the lesser Maxors on the six other worlds who are fearsome despotic rulers on their worlds but sniveling minions in his presence.

His charm and the electric presence of his personality seem to magnetically compel his subjects to a deep, almost spiritual obedience. Collectively the Maxors have created a society in total subjection to their wills, kept in check by the liberal use of the Conduit, a psycho-enabling weapon controlled by the Prime Maxor from his citadel known as the Locust.
