Elliott Mentor – A shadowy figure from the mythical planet of Earth who is guardian of the Omega Equinox, a ubiquitous craft of astonishing performance. Elliott's knowledge of the sub-currents of human development and mankind's history is astonishing, as is his physical prowess for a man who appears to be in his mid-fifties. His manor, and dress, although he wears no insignia, would lead a careful observer to believe he is a military man, though he claims to be an industrialist from ancient Earth.

The remarkable thing about Mentor are the casual comments he makes about the ship he protects, the masters he has served, and the facts about the Seven Worlds he claims to know first hand. You never quite know what to believe with him, his knowledge of the working of MEP technology, the Maxors and their tactics and weapons, the facts he possess that no human could verity. It all leads to the inescapable conclusion that he will not, or for some reason, can not reveal all he knows about the lost world of Earth, or what his true mission and purposes are.

This remarkable man, and his service to Avalon's Uncle, the Alpha Ambassador to Brauntame, has left Parder with a conundrum.
